APEX Virtual Desktop Subscription (1-Year or Seasonal)
IT Assessments

By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms set forth herein.

2. EligibilityAll purchasers must be 18 years of age or older to place an order.

3. Ordering and Payment

Payment for products or services is due immediately upon purchase.
Orders will be processed following receipt of payment.

4. Delivery of Products

APEX Virtual Desktop: Delivered via email within 72 hours of purchase, including usernames and temporary passwords.
IT Assessments: Delivered via email notification.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Customers may cancel their purchase within 72 hours of the purchase date and time to receive a full refund.
No exceptions will be made beyond this 72-hour window.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Customer data is not shared with third parties except for our affiliated partner, APEX Tax Solutions LLC, which provides tax software.
The Company adheres to strict privacy standards to ensure the confidentiality of your information.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the purchased products or services.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they meet the system requirements for APEX Virtual Desktop.

8. Governing LawThese terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Texas and applicable federal laws.
